Smaller Operators
(1–4 Vehicles)
Mission Zero Accredited Operators, with four vehicles or less, can receive Uninsured Loss Recovery (ULR) Cover at no extra cost, if they arrange their motor insurance through Everywhen.
For smaller operators, there are no additional costs or audit requirements, apart from achieving and maintaining your Mission Zero Accreditation throughout the term of your insurance policy.

Enhanced Motor Fleet Policy Coverage
(5+ Vehicles)
Mission Zero Accredited Operators, with five or more vehicles, who complete the Mission Zero+ Insurance Module can unlock enhanced policy benefits only available through Everywhen’s preferred insurer. These enhancements go beyond standard cover and include:
- Medical Expenses Cover
- Misfuelling Protection for selected vehicle types
- Extended Age Criteria for New Vehicle Replacement
- Physiotherapy Cover
- Psychological Intervention Cover
Risk Management Support (5+ Vehicles):
Mission Zero Accredited Operators may also benefit from a potential contribution towards agreed risk management initiatives including Mission Zero Subsidised Training. This support is offered by the insurer on a case-by-case basis, with no fixed amount or guarantee. The level of contribution depends on the individual risk profile and what is considered necessary.
Refundable Audit Cost:
The Mission Zero+ Insurance Module audit costs £250+VAT* but this is fully refundable once you become accredited. Simply pay your Mission Zero+ Insurance Module audit fee upfront, and once your insurance is in place, the insurer will refund the amount through a premium refund, making you’re the additional insurance benefits cost neutral.

Already have a qualifying insurance policy?
If you have already arranged a qualifying insurance policy with Everywhen, then login into the Mission Zero Accreditation Portal and click the ‘Insurance’ button to request your Mission Zero+ Insurance Module audit.
Motor Fleet Operators
(5+ Vehicles)
Important
Insurance quotations are subject to eligibility criteria. Operators who do not complete the Insurance Module can still receive a quote but will not qualify for these policy enhancements or the audit fee refund. Enhanced motor fleet coverage and risk management support is only available for 5+ Vehicles.
*The Mission Zero Insurance Module audit (5+ Vehicles) needs to be undertaken alongside a Mission Zero Audit (additional costs apply). Existing Accredited Operators may apply for a Mission Zero Insurance Module audit at any time during the term of their accreditation and will only be required to pay the Mission Zero+ Insurance Module audit fee of £250+VAT which is fully refundable as detailed under ‘Refundable Audit Cost’ above.
